It took around half a year to prepare the launch of innovative facilities including preparations of necessary documents and completion of the financial model.

The main specialization of the center was stipulated: sensors of physical, biological and chemical quantities; intellectual navigation systems for transport management, aviation and space equipment, and special application; medical systems and diagnostic complexes on the base of sensors; VLSI design through SoC technology; intellectual electronic of energy systems, devices and equipment.

Secondly, it is participation of private investor Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center with the share of higher than 50%. Lastly – the team of specialists, which has successful experience in business-incubation projects.

The duration of the project is 7 years. The breakeven point is 4 years. The payback period of operational budget is expected in 2017.
